When will I receive my order?
We offer a tracked next-day delivery service within the UK for orders placed before 2pm on Monday-Friday. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday, and delivered on Tuesday.
Orders to Northern Ireland can take 1-2 days.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm the same day.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and the fact that they are sourced from pharmacies, we are unable to offer refunds unless there is an adverse reaction to the product that can be documented with photographs. In such cases, we will review the evidence provided and make a determination on a refund on a case-by-case basis.
